Partnership Principles

JusticeScale Thinkspace recognizes that strategic partnerships are fundamental to advancing its mission of promoting justice, human rights, democratic governance, civic participation, environmental sustainability, public health, and social accountability. The organization shall pursue partnerships that strengthen institutional capacity, expand impact, foster innovation, and contribute to sustainable development while preserving its independence, integrity, and public trust.

Partnerships shall create shared value for JusticeScale Thinkspace, its partners, and the communities it serves, ensuring that collaboration contributes meaningfully to agreed objectives and public interest.

Shared Values

JusticeScale Thinkspace shall collaborate only with organizations and institutions whose values, objectives, and activities are consistent with the principles of justice, human rights, equality, accountability, non-discrimination, environmental sustainability, and democratic governance.

Transparency & Accountability

Partnerships shall be established through transparent processes, with clearly defined roles, responsibilities, expectations, deliverables, and accountability mechanisms. Significant partnerships shall be formalized through written Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), partnership agreements, or other appropriate legal instruments.

Independence & Integrity

Partnerships shall not compromise the independence, impartiality, credibility, or decision-making autonomy of JusticeScale Thinkspace. The organization shall retain full authority over its policies, advocacy positions, research findings, and programme implementation.

Respect for Human Rights

All partnerships shall uphold internationally recognized human rights standards, ethical conduct, safeguarding principles, and respect for human dignity, inclusion, and the rule of law.
