Eligibility

Membership and volunteer participation are open to individuals who:

  1. Are 18 years and above.
  2. Are committed to the mission and values of JusticeScale Thinkspace.
  3. Agree to uphold the Core Values, Code of Conduct, and this Policy Document.

Membership Categories

Policy Area

Core Leadership

Members of the Leadership Team.

Programme Volunteers

Individuals supporting specific pillars or initiatives.

Community Coordinators

Grassroots leaders handling local documentation, victim follow-up, and awareness campaigns.

General Members

Citizens who participate in dialogues, share cases, or support activities.

Partner Member

Organizations or individuals formally collaborating under an MOU.

Rights and Responsibilities of Members

All members have the right to participate in activities, access opportunities, and raise concerns.

All members are responsible for upholding the brand and values, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information, avoiding conflicts of interest, and conducting themselves professionally and inclusively.

Termination of Membership

Membership may be suspended or revoked in cases of gross misconduct, harassment, misuse of the organization’s name, or deliberate violation of this Policy Document. Termination requires written notice and an opportunity for the member to respond.
